Confidence Interval

heart leaf

In my calculating tolerances

I erred in my margin of error

Thought that it was inconceivable

This year, it could not be me

***

A common illness

An accidental addiction

Because when you’re not looking

That’s when the jack-in-the-box pops

***

Blind to my surroundings

Unaware of the implications

Because if I mind my own business

You can’t make me weak in the knees

***

Brimming with misconceptions

Because with gravitational singularity

This is the point in which

We can become infinity

***

My confidence interval is wavering

The jury’s still out on the maths

Because confidence in me is low

But with a nagging suspicion of hope
